in the world. IPG’s certification from Bell further demonstrates IPG’s commitment to quality and ability
to provide outstanding precision solutions to aerospace manufacturers and their suppliers.
Bell presented IPG with their Certificate of Approval on December 12, 2008. The certificate verifies
that IPG’s Quality Management System meets the quality requirements to perform work on Flight Safety,
Critical and Primary parts for Bell Helicopter. "This achievement is further evidence for our
customers and partners that IPG is focused on the key characteristics of aerospace products and is
fully committed to meeting our customer’s requirements. Our Quality Management System helps create
the systematic framework for our organization that is necessary to help them (our customers and partners)

Over the last several years IPG has been dedicated to adding new capabilities and new technologies as well
as making significant operational improvements all with two things in mind…supporting our current customers
and growing our business. In doing so we have re-invented ourselves as a Partner in Performance through
Precision and it is changing the way we do business. Having a dedicated salesperson on staff will
allow IPG to support their customers at the highest level possible. IPG has always maintained a passionate
commitment to customer service and this is just one more initiative aimed at setting the standard even higher.
We wanted someone that embraced our partnership-based culture that would work hands-on with

IPG Awarded AS9100 Certification
October 2007
Indiana Precision Grinding was recently honored with the recognition
of becoming AS9100 certified by QMI, North America's leading
management systems registrar. IPG earned an impressive 97.7% rating
(the industry standard is 91%). AS9100 certification is the gold
standard in the aviation industry and is recognized as the industry
benchmark worldwide. The certification is reserved only for aviation
companies capable of successfully processing and documenting
aerospace work and committed to providing excellent service. This
registration means that all current and perspective Aerospace
Suppliers can confidently rely on IPG’s quality system to deliver
the highest level of quality workmanship and documentation for their
aerospace work.

IPG Awarded Quality Certification
by Messier Dowty
October 2007
Messier Dowty is the world leader in the manufacture of landing gear
equipment. They are the only approved landing gear supplier for the
787 Dreamliner aircraft and own the exclusive design rights for the
787 Dreamliner aircraft landing gear. Messier Dowty presented IPG
with a Quality Certificate of Approval on August 29, 2007. The
certificate verifies that IPG’s Quality Management System meets the
quality requirements to perform work on certain landing gear
components for the 787 Dreamliner from 2007 through 2011. Messier
Dowty officials visited IPG last year and performed a quality audit
on the facility. The quality system was approved from this audit.
IPG Awarded “Qualified
Source Status”
by Hamilton Sundstrand
April 2007
Hamilton Sundstrand, A United Technologies Company, has awarded “Qualified Source Status” to IPG for the D5 (Trident II) Missile Program Prime Contractor. This status was approved by Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space Company of Sunnyvale, California.
This qualifies IPG to be a prime source of grinding operations of
the turbine wheel part of the Trident II missile.
IPG Awarded “Dock to Stock”
Certification from Cook Urological
January 2007
IPG received recognition from Cook Urological of Spencer, Indiana for meeting the requirements of Cook’s “Dock to Stock” program. This award acknowledges that IPG was able to meet stringent quality requirements that allow Cook Urological to provide safe and effective surgical products to their customers.
